Naturopathy emphasizes holistic approaches to spine and joint care, focusing on natural therapies such as herbal remedies, dietary adjustments, and physical therapies to promote healing and reduce inflammation. Techniques like chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, and massage are often employed to enhance mobility and alleviate pain. By addressing the root causes of discomfort, naturopathy aims to restore balance and support the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Yoga

Yoga promotes spine and joint health by enhancing flexibility, strength, and alignment through various postures. Regular practice helps alleviate tension, improve posture, and increase mobility, reducing the risk of injury.
